# Borago Board > A free desktop Kanban board where an AI agent works through your tasks, project by project, inside isolated Docker containers on your own computer, using your own Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or Grok API key or a model running on your own hardware (Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp, LM Studio). Optional paid cloud sync puts the same board in a browser and on a phone, while the work still runs on your desktop. Linux, Windows and macOS. Borago Board is made by Borago Soft Limited, New Zealand. The desktop app is free and needs no account. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key the cloud never stores. Containers run under gVisor on Linux where it is installed. The website sets no cookies and loads no trackers. ## What it is - [Features](https://boragoboard.com/features/): the board, projects and containers, AI providers, runs and the queue, planning, flows, notifications, cloud and phone, security and recovery, setup - [What the agent can do](https://boragoboard.com/features/agent/): what it can do inside a run, its limits, how it reports back, how a person steers it - [Security](https://boragoboard.com/security/): encryption, sandboxing, accounts, what the cloud can and cannot read, what is and is not end-to-end encrypted - [Cloud, browser and phone](https://boragoboard.com/cloud/): what works where, what needs the desktop online, what the account is for - [What the app sets up for you](https://boragoboard.com/setup/): Docker, gVisor, the firewall rule, projects, updates - [OS support](https://boragoboard.com/support/os/): which platforms are verified, tested or built - [Pricing](https://boragoboard.com/pricing/): the desktop app is free.
