End User License Agreement
Effective date: 12 May 2026 · Licensor: Borago Soft Limited, a New Zealand limited company (NZ company number 9428048, NZBN 9429053662910), 7a Garner Place, Glenfield, Auckland 0629, New Zealand.
The web version of Borago Board is a hosted service accessed through a browser; it is not software you install. This EULA supplements the Web Terms of Service and covers the limited rights we grant you to access and use the Service's software as delivered to your browser.
1. Access license
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service and its client‑side software through a supported browser, for your own use, while your account is in good standing and subject to the Web Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, host, mirror, or redistribute the Service's software; (b) reverse‑engineer or attempt to extract source except as permitted by law; (c) build a competing service from it; (d) remove notices; (e) access the Service by automated means except the documented API within your entitlements; or (f) circumvent security, rate, or subscription limits.
3. Ownership
Borago Soft Limited and its licensors own the Service and all related software and IP. You own Your Content as described in the Web Terms of Service. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
4. Third‑party components
The Service includes third‑party and open‑source components licensed under their own terms; those terms govern those components. AI providers are not part of the Service (AI runs on the desktop peer only).
5. Disclaimers & liability
The Service software is provided "as is". Warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Web Terms of Service §9 apply to this EULA and are incorporated by reference.
6. Termination
This license ends automatically when your account or the Web Terms of Service terminates. Sections 2–5 survive.
7. Governing law
