Each Borago Board platform has its own agreements, because each handles your data differently. The desktop app is local-first and runs the AI agent on your machine with your own API keys; the cloud service hosts and syncs your board; the mobile app is a thin client of the cloud. The website privacy notice covers this site only.
Desktop app
The Electron app for Linux, Windows and macOS. Shown and accepted on first run.

Cloud service
The hosted board at board.boragosoft.com, including cloud sync and subscriptions. Accepted at sign-up.
